The contract

The contract is between you and the owner. All payments should be sent to the owner in the payment method of the owners choosing. Once the booking has been made, all future correspondence is the responsibility of the client and the owner.

Payments

Payments including deposits and final due amount, must be made within the required times specified by the owners. Payments not received within the time periods specified will be treated as un-paid and will be re-advertised.  Please read the terms & conditions of each property when booking.

Privacy Policy

Your details will not be given to other parties and will be kept confidential. We do not store financial details since the contract is between you and the owner.

Booking Conditions

SC4U.COM acts as an agent for the owners of the properties and all descriptions are the responsibilty of the owner.
